5/04/22: PROGRESS REPORTS AND UPDATES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
5/04/22/1: Community Speed Watch. Cllr Steve Smalley and Bill Wilson reported on progress. Cllr Wilson had met with PC Greg Howard and carried out Risk Assessment with PC Howard these would be kept on file and sent to our Insurance Company.
Signage was discussed and Cllr Smalley would investigate this on behalf of the parish council. It was agreed that there was no reason speed watch activities could not begin.

5/04/22/2: Steel Street/Sharp Street Park Area. Cllr Cumming as received 2 quotations for tree felling and pollarding. They have advised that work should not be carried out until September/October time as the birds have started nesting. The cutting back of the privet hedging which our landscape contractor will do at the same time of the year. Cllr Cumming has a contractor coming on the 4th May to look at the wooden fencing and replanting some of the privet hedging.

6/04/22: REPORT FROM POLICE AND ROAD TRAFFIC MATTERS
Crime figures for March 2022. 2 - Antisocial behaviour, 2 reports of illegal scramble bikes on the beach, 1 assault, 1 malicious communication, 1 other crime, 1 stalking, 1 theft.
An email has been received regarding concerns about a vehicle accessing land on Dalton Road. This would be highlighted to the Community Police and our County Councillor Ben Shirley. Action Clerk
